Shipping Policy

We usually ship all orders on the next business day, however on an occasions were we are unable to ship next business day, we will ship the following business day. We ship all orders at no charge. We will use either USPS, UPS, or FEDEX dependant on which carrier gives the best price with a reasonable delivery time. All orders are shipped FOB shipping point. We package our shipments the best we way we have found, however rarely a package will get destroyed in shipment. We cannot be held liable for this. Most orders are shipped using 2-3 day services. We only ship to the United States.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns of any opened product. If you accidentally order the wrong size batteries, please email us at sales@wesellbatteries.com. We will exchange your batteries for the correct size, but you will be responsible for shipping charges both ways and any difference in cost of the batteries. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your batteries. Any warranty issues will be referred to Duracell directly, as we hold no liability for the quality of their products.
